BUDDHA PADMASAMBHAVA ❤☀ SAMPA NYUR DRUPMA is published to benefit all beings. https://independent.academia.edu/Tara… http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid… Visual Dharmas contain sacred texts & symbols. They are empowered with Sound of Dharmata & must be treated with respect. To EMBED & SPONSOR preparation of Visual Dharmas means to perform 1. enlightened Activity. Enter the centuries old path of sponsors for your own benefit & that of all beings. Wherever this Prayer is heard it brings positive energy & Buddha´s Blessings. Visual Dharmas are like the sun shining on all. Sampa Nyur Drupma is part of Collective meditations & prayers of OBF International, practiced since 1988.In this Visual Dharma it`s presented with Tibetan original texts & English translation. ORIGIN & LINEAGE: those who are not educated about Buddhism often think that Buddhists don´t pray.According to them Buddhists only meditate, practice some strange visualisation, chant mantras etc. Like if Buddhism would be some kind of mental gymnastics without a goal, just to pass the time. Some would-be practitioners start their journey toward Enlightenment without any joy. Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche humoriously remarked at Rigpa Intl. retreat in France (1992): „I don´t call this Dharma practice. This is mental torture…” Some also think that Dharma practice is only hard Zen-sitting until one becomes a stone, full of tensions. Buddhist masters often use humour to correct wrong approaches to Dharma practice. In other Buddhist traditions, esp. so called Tibetan Buddhism, we often see that their approach is too loose : monks, nuns and non-monastic practitioners often chant prayers & mantras without concentration. All such mistakes in Dharma practice (too tensious, too loose) must be corrected according to Shamatha/Shine instructions . Buddhist prayers must be practiced with correct concentration (focusing on the meaning) & devotion. Devotion is that energy which shines from us to the Buddhas (Vajrayana instructions of Thron-du : giving & receiving lights). It is wrong to think that Buddhas are just imaginations of our samsaric minds : Buddhas are Teachers of gods & men. So why they shouldn´t be our Teachers ?! In order that Buddhas & Bodhisattvas become our Teachers we must first purify our vessel-body/speech/mind to receive Buddha´s nectar Blessings. Inside we must nurture silence & outside we must also not speak too much. Again Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche offered humorious remark : „Buddhists speak too much!” Origin of all sublime Buddhists prayers is shunya-ta, true voidness where Enlightened Energy of Dharmakaya manifests as Rupakaya (Sambhogakaya & Nirmanakaya). All Buddhists traditions have Teachings of Voidness (Chin. Kung, Jpn. Ku, Vn. Khong). Correct view of Atiyoga/Dzogchen is Shunyata of Dharmakaya. Sampa Nyur Drupma originates from Dharmakaya Samantabhadra Buddha which is our primordialy pure Buddha nature (Skt. Tathagatagharba). This prayer is part of Khandro Nyingthig liturgy. For it´s origin see Visual Dharma: Teaching on 7-line invocation of Padmasambhava. Lotus-born Guru´s creative Energy is wonderful. The Prayer begins with EMAHO which means How marvelous ! Guru Rinpoche is presented in yab-yum form, in union with His Consort Yeshe Tshogyal. They are embodiment of all 5 Buddha Families (Amitabha,Amoghasiddhi,Ratnasambhava,Vairochana,Vajrasattva). Guru Rinpoche promissed to be esp. present in this saha world on every 10.lunar day when we contemplate His marvelous manifestations (see Visual Dharma: Dances of 8 manifestations of Padmasambhava). This Prayer should be practiced from the depths of our hearts, with joy. Buddhas Blessings are received as 4 empowerments (vase, secret, wisdom, word empowerment). To sincerely recite & sing this marvelous Prayer brings more positive energy for world peace as to organise complicated conferences where politicians & other public persons pay lip service to world peace & spend huge amounts of public finances. Development of 7 human qualities in everyone naturaly brings peace to the world. Just develop these precious qaulities in yourself & nurture silence. This Prayer is very appropriate for contemporary situation in the world with climate changes, different new illnesses, suffering, fires, floods etc. on different continents. We DEDICATE positive energy of this Visual Dharma to all beings who suffer because of unwanted circumstances. In E-LEARNING CURRICULUM we offer free access to ancient Buddhist wisdom to everyone, beyond limitations of race, nationality, social position…
